Kenny Macintyre
Article Abstract:
Kenny MacIntyre was a journalist and held the post of BBC Scotland's Political and Industrial Correspondent for 10 years. He appeared to know all the inhabitants of Scotland well, and was described as an institution by British prime minister, Tony Blair, and he was confided in by politicians who could trust him not to betray their confidences. He was driven to work hard through wanting to tell stories and through liking people. His early death may have been partly caused through over work.
