More royals under threat
Article Abstract:
The Royal Parks Review Group (RPRG) issued a report on St James's Park, Regent's Park and Green Park, London, England, which recommends a promenade connecting the parks. Regent's Park was designed to give an illusion of seclusion, not to be a pleasure garden. The original plans involved waterways, over 50 villas and the Regent's Palace, but these did not materialise. Chief executive of royal parks David Welch plans more flowers, horse-drawn traps and litter carts pulled by shire horses.

Article Abstract:
Computer-based editing is already being widely used for films, commercials and television programmes, as the technology offers increased flexibility and shorter post-production times. Latest developments allow television studios and video production companies to edit material on very small computers. However, they must be aware that the equipment alone will not be enough to produce a successful programme, as the editor must still have a feel for what will appeal to audiences.
