Me and my rings of confidence
Article Abstract:
Lord Byron's signet ring was one of a number of Byron memorabilia kept in a glass-topped table, along with a lock of hair. The gold ring featured the Byron crest of a mermaid and motto on a green square. Another favourite ring was a silver band featuring Mexican turquoises, which belonged to a successful and beautiful writer. Details of how both rings gave the wearer confidence are given.
