Many employers are encouraging staff to work from home in order to reduce office overheads, and computer and software manufacturers are increasingly developing equipment aimed at the small office. There can be considerable advantages associated with working from home, such as not having to travel, but there can also be disadvantages, including never really getting away from the work.
