Slap-happy but not slapdash
Article Abstract:
US make-up expert Trish McEvoy, who recently held a workshop in the UK, has already gained a strong following among celebrities in the US. At her workshops, she takes great care to ensure that the participants grasp the routines and techniques which have made her famous, and does not hesitate to challenge widely-held views about applying make-up. She believes that it is possible to apply make-up in a very short time, although it is vital always to use eyelid base, eye-liner and lipstick.

Cutting a dash
Article Abstract:
It is important that famous people can forget about what they are wearing, according to Irish fashion designer Louise Kennedy. She has not yet gained a very high profile, but her clothes were favoured by former Irish Prime Minister Mary Robinson and she is also popular with Cherie Blair, wife of United Kingdom Prime Minister Tony Blair. She regards her style as uncluttered, clean and with a modern element. She aims to take away, rather than embellish.
