German conceptual artist Hans Haacke believes that he has displayed around 200 items from the Victoria and Albert Museum at the Serpentine Gallery in London, England, in a similar way to collage techniques of the early 20th century. He indicates that his sense of beauty alters as society's views on beauty change.
