Suddenly, the profit's gone out of Leamington Spa
Article Abstract:
The town of Banbury, England, has the highest proportion of profitable businesses in the UK, according to a survey by Dun & Bradstreet. Leamington Spa, which twice headed the league tables for profitable businesses, has now fallen to 53rd place. Some local people in Leamington Spa are disputing the rankings, emphasizing that the unemployment rate in the town is only 2.4%, barely half the national average. Indeed, unemployment is now lower than it was when Leamington Spa headed the league tables.

Women get colds, men get flu
Article Abstract:
Men often complain more than women when they are unwell, imagining that they have a serious condition. However, men's health actually receives a lot less attention in the UK than women's health. Eight times as much is spent on women's health as on men's health, and men often fail to take their health sufficiently seriously. Recent research indicates that 40% of men do not go to their GP unless they are ordered to do so by their partner.
