A fashionable swing to the Eurosceptic side
Article Abstract:
The UK Labour party is no longer a democratic party of the centre left. The party holds an extremely large majority, and this has made it arrogant and inflexible. In relation to membership of European monetary union, it has accepted the principle of joining without seeking the opinion of its own members or holding a referendum. European monetary union would have a negative impact on the UK, which should retain the right to manage its own economy and to govern itself. European monetary union will merely shift the UK away from direct and accountable democracy.

It is vital that latest technology is embraced in all areas of education.
