That was the week, that was ... for back pain, asthma, flu awareness and, whisper it not, the Wonderbra
Article Abstract:
There are a large number of charitable causes all seeking the attention of the general public in the UK at the same time. Within the same week, publicity is being run regarding causes including miscarriage, muscular dystrophy, flu, asthma and back pain. The week is culminating in Make a Difference Day, organised by Community Service Volunteers. This organisation hopes that 10,000 Britons will volunteer, contributing their time rather than their money.

My doctor abused my trust in him
Article Abstract:
The UK's General Medical Council has a strict rule which bans doctors from having any sexual involvement with their patients, even if the patient concerned has given full consent. There are many women in the UK who believe that they have fallen victim to a doctor who has abused his position of power. They often feel unable to tell anyone about their experience, as they have come to rely on their doctor for emotional support.
