Priest Gordon Wheeler entered St Stephen's House, Oxford, England, in 1932 to train for the Anglican priesthood. He held curacies in Brighton, England, and Chesterfield, England, and then became Assistant Chaplain at Lancing College, Sussex, England. He converted to Roman Catholicism in 1936, and then entered the Beda College in Rome, Italy, as a student for the Archdiocese of Westminster. He became Cathedral Administrator at Westminster in 1954.

The Right Rev Frank Cocks
Article Abstract:
Priest Frank Cocks studied History at St Catharine's College, Cambridge, England. He studied theology at Westcott House, and was ordained in 1937. He was appointed Chaplain-in-Chief of the Royal Air Force in 1959, and was subsequently made a Companion of the Order of the Bath. He was Honorary Chaplain to the Queen between 1959 and 1965. He was Rector of St Peter's, Wolverhampton, England, from 1965, and Bishop of Shrewsbury between 1970 and 1980.

The Right Rev Howell Witt
Article Abstract:
Priest Howell Witt gained an arts degree at Leeds University, England, before preparing for holy orders at Mirfield College in Yorkshire, England. He took up his first curacy in Usk, Wales, after being ordained in 1944. He went to serve on the Woomera Rocket Range in Australia in 1948, and in 1965 was elected Bishop of North West Australia. He travelled extensively, placing particular emphasis on the pastoral support of his clergy.
