The sleep of St Just
Article Abstract:
The UK's first GP insomnia clinic is situated in the rather unlikely location of the small Cornish town of St Just. It is run by Dr William Jago, a local GP, and has already attracted many potential patients. Insomniacs are assessed, then attend group sessions run by the surgery nurse for four weeks. These aim at returning their sleep patterns to normal.

Article Abstract:
Water dowser Sheila Hedges has seen particular demand for her skills during the recent heatwave. She is able to locate the path of underground water courses on farms, and a borehole can then be sunk and pumping equipment installed. She has a success rate of 95-98%, and can usually even tell how far down an underground water course is.
