The world according to Gates
Article Abstract:
Microsoft has been able to establish a dominant market position with its Windows operating system through extremely aggressive marketing. It is now building on this success with the launch of Windows 95, an upgraded version. However, founder Bill Gates is aware that the company's strength could quite easily evaporate, as it operates in an unpredictable market. If Windows 95 fails, or if a completely new operating system is devised by another company, the Microsoft could be eliminated very quickly.
