Companies are increasingly looking at ways of reducing the cost of business travel while not having to make any sacrifices in terms of comfort or convenience. Many are now writing a policy on business travel, which often takes a fresh look at how travel is purchased. Travel agents, airlines and hotels are responding to new business travel demands with improved services such as upgraded first class accommodation.
