Where the Iron Curtain fluttered
Article Abstract:
The town of Sopron, Hungary, situated close to Vienna, Austria, offers a genuine insight into Baroque central Europe. Indeed, the town has more historical monuments than any other in Hungary, except Budapest. The inner town is quite small, but visitors could spend several days exploring it. The restaurants offer very good Hungarian food, and the hotels are of high quality but inexpensive. Particular attractions include the Hungarian wine cellars situated in the main square.

Hotel you can see from space
Article Abstract:
It is possible for visitors to the Great Wall of China to sleep there, although they must be prepared to endure the cold and the lack of basic facilities. The wall dominates the surrounding scenery, following rocky outcrops and terraced hills far into the distance. Visitors who choose to stay overnight will be able to witness a beautiful sunrise, and will feel part of thousands of years of history.
