Your guide to feigning civility
Article Abstract:
A pharmacist recounted an incident in which she was confronted by a demanding customer while she was holding a complicated conversation with a doctor. The customer kept saying 'excuse me' in a loud voice and was obviously in a combative mood. When the pharmacist told him the location of the item he wanted, the customer was still unable to find it and lost his temper. The drugstore's manager later scolded the pharmacist for being rude to the customer. The pharmacist felt that prefacing behavior with 'excuse me' no matter how rude is the way to win friends and influence people in the nineties.

Luxor by Lada
Article Abstract:
Travelling by local taxi can be a very good way to explore Egypt. Taxi-drivers are very friendly, and are willing to negotiate a reasonable rate for taking tourists wherever they want to go. Hiring a taxi for a whole day allows visitors to gain a much better insight into Egypt's treasures than going on an organized coach trip, which often gives people very little time to explore and only focuses on the main attractions.

The complete guide to the Nile
Article Abstract:
Travelling on the Nile is one of the best ways to experience Egypt. There are many historical sights around the Nile, including the pyramids and temples of Karnak, Abu Simbel, Philae, Medinet Habu and Kom Ombo. Those travelling to the region for the first time should consider choosing an organized tour including a few days on the Nile. However, Egypt is also a country well-suited to independent travel.
