Chicago's deep tunnel project reaches milestones

The high-performance of tunnel boring machines used by Jay Dee Contractors increased the construction speed of Little Calumet Leg, the final part of Chicago Tunnel and Reservoir Project (TARP). The constructional details of tunnel are presented along with the specifications of the tunnel boring machine.
