Article Abstract:
Homeland Security Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events at the University of Southern California (USC) is appointed to fight the increase in terrorist attacks against the United States. The center being the first homeland security center of excellence will examine the consequences of terrorist threats and activities on the nation's infrastructure.

Web-based project collaboration tool promotes team communication
Article Abstract:
The development of a trademark project collaboration software program 'Think Tank' that combines the functions of e-mail and a database with the convenience of a live forum is presented. This program enables team to track the progress of a construction project, store and retrieve the messages exchanged by team members, and follow the process of decision-making.
