In search of learning organizations: Case experiences from Hong Kong
Article Abstract:
Three Hong Kong-based companies were studied to understand whether they have the right qualities to qualify as a learning organization as organizations have to use knowledge as a competitive tool in the fast changing business environment. It was found that workers were continuously seeking to improve their knowledge, and knowledge acquired by one division was used across all divisions thus helping the company achieve their business targets.
