Article Abstract:
Unusual events are analyzed using probability theory and the law of large numbers, which shows that they are not in reality all that unusual. The primary illustration used is individuals dreaming about friends or relatives and are then informed about that person's death, which hinges on the likelihood that individuals naturally dream about friends and relatives.
