Program management B.C
Article Abstract:
The Program/Construction Management in 2550 B.C.: Building the Great Pyramid at Giza is aimed at reconstructing the strategies used in building the Great Pyramid at Giza using forensic analysis. A number of interesting insights were developed by members of the team. They rejected certain construction methods such as single ramps on top of the pyramid. The bulk of construction material was also estimated to come from the pyramid site itself to minimize the transportation of heavy blocks which sometimes weighed up to 20 tons.
