Article Abstract:
The rapid growth of the Internet has created a carrying-capacity crisis and many legal problems. A new Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) will help accommodate growth. Pirating of trademarks for domain names and a looming cacophony of state and national commercial laws are of more concern.
