U.S. Sanctions Block People But Not Goods From India
Article Abstract:
The United States imposed sanctions on India regarding the exchange of technological and scientific information between the 2 countries. The sanctions were imposed as a result of India's nuclear weapons testing, but scientists in both countries say that the policy is hurting science and technology development that does not relate to nuclear weapons.

Behaviorists Listen In as Animals Call and Croak

Researchers found that three types of frogs in which both male and female frogs croak as part of their mating behavior. Previously it was believed that only males croaked during courtship. Other researchers have found that other types of frogs and insects have similar courtship behavior.
