Valuing investments in intellectual capital
Article Abstract:
Sound evaluation methods for intellectual capital must be developed to generate needed information for continuously improving its value. Such information can be essential when analyzing intellectual capital as a strategic investment. Studies have defined intellectual capital management as the explicit and systematic management of intellectual capital and the associated processes of using intellectual capital. It has been found that a link exists between organizational investments in training and education.

Article Abstract:
A means of managing intellectual capital (IC) based on participation is presented and evaluated. The participative method of managing skills, information, experience and attitudes is found to be effective in promoting a sustainable and democratic development of organizational systems possible to support IC management. The design of the system however, should remain focused on organizational requirements so that collective knowledge management leads to endogenous growth.
