Immunoaffinity chromatography for analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in corals
Article Abstract:
Researchers from the University of Hawaii developed an immunoabsorbent and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method using supercritical CO2 extracts of coral and immunoaffinity columns cleanup for the analysis of of benzo(a) pyrene (B[a]P) and other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
