The politics of information and communication technology use among Latin American gender equality organizations
Article Abstract:
Evidence from original interviews with 100 organizations, evenly split between large cities and smaller towns in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico during 2001-2002 research is offered to capture the interactivity with respect to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) use by Latin American gender equality groups. The exploration provides insight into the different ways that opportunities to use new applications could vary, and the extend of their affectivity.

Partners or pawns?: The impact of elite decision-making and epistemic communities in global information policy on developing countries and transnational civil society
Article Abstract:
The complex institutional processes that comprise the global governance of cyberinfrastructure are explored and the impact of these elite regime formation processes on developing countries and transnational civil society organizations is examined. Results reveal that policy-factors from developing countries and civil society organizations are less effective than other factors in influencing these processes.

Freedom, Boldness, and Economic Creativity
Article Abstract:
The effect of two potential factors, freedom and boldness on economic creativity of various countries is discussed. The results of cross-country regressions on economic creativity and innovative indexes are provided.
