The influence of wages in local labor market on wage negotiations in public sector teacher contract is examined. The existence of a comparison in wage structure is determined through econometric methods, administrative data and surveys.

Enterprise zones and local employment: evidence from the states' programs
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the impact which geographically targeted Enterprise Zones have on employment at local level. The results demonstrate that Enterprise Zones do not have a great impact on local unemployment.
