An initial validation of a measure of personal and social perceptions of the sexual abuse of males
Article Abstract:
A study based on a sample of 333 students enrolled in diverse courses at a large southern university establishes the initial psychometric properties for the sexual abuse of male perceptions scale (SAMPS). The SAMPS could help boys and men identify the myths that are contributing to anger, confusion, embarrassment and shame.

Assessing willingness to care for persons with AIDS: validation of a new measure
Article Abstract:
The Willingness to Care Scale that assesses informal caregivers' attitudes about caring for people with AIDS is a reliable way for social workers to monitor how this relationship functions. This tool was developed through interviews conducted with 155 caregivers of persons living with AIDS.
