Making democracy work
Article Abstract:
The community will need to identify a potential dedicated public servant who is passionate towards success, willing to listen and be sensitive to others, be flexible and patient. Once the person is identified, he or she should be rallied to the community towards support, deliver on Election Day to see what great things happen, and this involvement makes a democracy work.

Renting deserves a fair shake
Article Abstract:
An analysis of home ownership in comparison to renting properties is given. From 1982 to 1999 in four metropolitan areas, analysts found that homeowners who sold their home for less than the purchase price ranged from 7% to 23% in the Boston area.

Mixed use development shines as crown jewel
