Poverty and health in Russia
Article Abstract:
Over the past several years, there has been a major deterioration in the health of Russia's population, with an increase in disease rates leading to the spread of disabilities. The link between poverty and health at the individual and society levels is examined, and measures to improve conditions are suggested.

The radical societal transformations that are taking place in Russia have touched upon primarily the economic aspects of the life of the country. The conditions of life and the characteristics of the population that changed as a result of the reforms are analyzed.

Inequality of incomes in countries that have a transition economy
Article Abstract:
All countries that are in transition from a planned to a market economy face an increase in income inequality. The degree of increase in the different European countries, as well as the factors affecting it, are examined.
