Rush to judgment: an empirical analysis of environmental equity in U.S. Environmental Protection Agency enforcement actions
Article Abstract:
The author investigates charges that the Environmental Protection Agency discriminates by handing out less severe penalties to violators in minority areas. He concludes that an examination of the data show that such an accusation is unfounded.
