Sociological competencies and business careers: Toward an expanded dialogue
Article Abstract:
A cross-disciplinary approach was used to outline how sociological study aids students who are looking out for business careers in conjunction with business coursework or a business minor. It is argued that Sociology contributes unique value by combining the three competencies of structural consciousness, scientific thinking and appreciation for diversity.
