The article discusses on the Pakistani governments plan for the reform of the madaris in Pakistan that are responsible for spreading militant jihadist ideologies, though the efforts have not been followed through successfully and the militant schools still remain a major threat even today.

The various factors are behind Islamist terrorists' choices to behead their captives, is beheading a new tactic and if the reasons for terrorists behead their captives are similar are examined by drawing on examples from Chechnya and Iraq.
