Article Abstract:
The impact of race-ethnicity and socioeconomic status (SES) on dental health and the ways in which health-related behaviors and regular dental care may mediate this relationship are analyzed. Results indicate that both race-ethnicity and SES are independently and significantly related to the number of decayed and missing tooth surfaces.
