Transnationalism, Cosmopolitanism and glocalization
Article Abstract:
A conceptual clarity on the task of conceptualizing and distinguishing between transnationalism and cosmopolitanism is achieved. It is argued that transnational experience should be conceived as involving several layers ranging from the construction of transnational social spaces to the formation of transnational communities.

Response: The moral conundrums of the global age
Article Abstract:
Two objections to the line of argument provided by Bruce Mazlish are given. It is concluded that socio-economic factors can cast a very long shadow over the alternatives given, but they cannot resolve the entire moral conundrum.
