Developing a substance abuse Relapse Screening Questionnaire for adults on intensive probation: a pilot study

Research presented concerns the development of a Relapse Screening Questionnaire to identify risky situations that can potentially lead to a substance abuse relapse among probationers. The benefits of this questionnaire for parole and probation agencies are discussed.

Self-concept changes in sex offenders following prison psychoeducational treatment
Article Abstract:
Research supports the use of a psychoeducational approach for the effective rehabilitation of sex offenders. Aspects of the approach include cognitive and behavioral therapy, which reduces defensiveness and encourages personal integration and self criticism.
