Nevada offers many beautiful and isolated areas to backpackers, such as those in Great Basin National Park and the Ruby and Jarbidge Mountains. Visitors can enjoy watching bighorn sheep and other wonders of nature. More than 80% of Nevada is government-owned.

Japan is very small and crowded, and Japanese attitudes about nature are different from those in the US. People only go to beaches or climb Mt. Fujiyama during a certain season, regardless of the weather. Most nature areas are dotted with tourist traps.
