The disappointing and tiring experience of a sailor, on anchoring Beneteau 235, Prana, on the Black River, because of the extreme bad weather and engine troubles, is described. At the Lake Arthur club he met two men who helped him fix his boat and then drove him and his boat to Florida, allowing him to sail from there in a good weather, their gesture touching Burnett's heart.

Caribbean Cruising: Entering another world

A husband and wife team cruising the Southern Pacific narrate how cruising the entire region seems to be experience especially because of the laid back attitude of the locals all across the Caribbean. The hospitality of the people of the region is to be experienced to be believed and in many cases the local people just do not sell things as they just give it away for free.
