The tennis industry pays a tribute to Jimmy Connors, perhaps one of the greatest players ever to play the game, with the entry of his name in the sport's Hall of Fame List. Connors, however, seem to be disinclined with the honor, as he personally attempted to disqualify himself from award.

Chip Hooper
Article Abstract:
Chip Hooper, one of the top 20 players during the 1980s, was able to find a new life after his tennis career. Hooper decided to pursue a teaching profession when he resigned in 1987 and took part in several community activities in San Jose as a program administrator.
