The motorcycle industry experienced a sales slump during the 1970s, which was only arrested in 1973 when Baby Boomers regained their interest in motorcycling. To avoid a similar sales slump, manufacturers should develop motorcycles that appeal to both Baby Boomers and Generation Xers.

A man describes his experiences on a seven-day motorcycle tour of the European Alps led by Edelweiss Bike Travel. The trip, which cost $2795, included airfare, lodging, meals and motorcycle rental, but fuel and lunches were extra. The group visited the Austrian Grand Prix race.
