The attempts of a charter boat captain and his crew to catch three marlin off the Florida coast are described. One marlin was easily caught and released, while the other two went in opposite directions. The second was caught, but the third one ended up taking four fishing rods when it broke the line.

A plan for Wallop-Breaux
Article Abstract:
The Wallop-Breaux program calls for a 10% tax on fishing equipment in order to help expand and improve recreational fishing. The funds are currently being used for research problems not related to fishing. A workable plan would include regional divisions with local committees overseeing the funds.
