The FAA has begun to insist that airlines enforce restrictions for carry-on luggage. The problem for travelers is that baggage rules vary from airline to airline. Some of the carriers allow first business class travelers more flexibility. Even some airports have baggage limitations.

Bill targets lowball airline ads
