Article Abstract:
A small tree can be used in a small yard or garden to be the focus of attention and provide color or texture. The following trees are easy to grow and are fairly hardy: Autumn cherry, wedding-cake tree, witch hazel, katsura, and chaste tree. These trees are suited for grouping with other plants, though the katsura could stand alone on a lawn.
