Aberrant CFTR-dependent HCO(sub 3)(super -) transport in mutations associated with cystic fibrosis
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the influence and importance of HCO(sub 3)(super -) transport in cystic fibrosis and in the function of secretory epithelia. Wild type cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator was compared with 17 mutants.
