Architecture of ribonucleoprotein complexes in influenza A virus particles
Article Abstract:
Transmission electron microscopy of serially sectioned virios is used to show that the ribonucleoprotein complexes (RNPs) of influenza A virus are organized in a distinct pattern. A selective mechanism of RNP incorporation into virions and the unique organization of the eight RNP segments are important to maintain the integrity of the viral genome during repeated cycles of replication.

A Martian meteor and its parent comet meter
Article Abstract:
Regular meteor showers occur when a planet approaches the orbit of a periodic comet. The comet Wiseman-Skiff is among the top five candidates for producing a regular Martian meteor shower.
