Article Abstract:
US House of Representatives passed a bill that would allow federal funding for research on the newly derived human embryonic stem-cell lines and if it is signed into a law it would reverse the policy set by US President George W. Bush. The sponsors of the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act convinced 50 members of Bush's Republican Party to vote against him, in favor of the bill.
