Battle lines shift in stem-cell funding fight
Article Abstract:
The ongoing and often vociferous debate as to whether the US government should fund stem-cell research took a new turn last week with a distinction being drawn between adult and embryonic stem cells. Although embryonic cells have greater therapeutic potential, research on adult stem cells would provoke less opposition.
