Effects of prebaiting on small mammal trapping success in a Morrow's honeysuckle-dominated area
Article Abstract:
The influence of prebaiting on small mammal trapping success was investigated in an exotic and invasive shrub community, Morrow's honeysuckle (Lonicera morrowis), using 480x120-m live trapping grids at Pennsylvania, U.S. The observations reveal trapping success for small mammals is not influenced by prebaiting in regions with dense, exotic shrub.

Breeding birds in riparian and upland dry forests of the Cascade Range
Article Abstract:
A study is done to quantify the breeding bird abundance, diversity, and indicator species in riparian and upland dry forest on the east slope of the Cascade Range. Results of this study facilitate the forest managers to predict and monitor shifts in upland forest species composition from thinning.
