Japan centers aim to put science in premier league
Article Abstract:
Japan's top researchers have put their applications to run a World Premier International Research Center in order to boost Japanese scientists' links with their colleagues overseas. The new institutes are expected to attract top-level researchers from around the world and also to serve as globally visible research centers.

Junior Faculty at the Karolinska Institute
Article Abstract:
The Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden had introduced a Junior Faculty programme, which targeted the junior researchers with a PhD. The programme offers mentoring, career counselling and network opportunities with an aim to provide tools that would enable the scientists to exceed in their careers.
