Stacking the deck
Article Abstract:
Several debates on one of the biggest problems with clinical-trials reporting, the suppression of negative results is presented. Because clinical researchers are not obliged to publish their findings, ambiguous or negative results could languish in filing cabinets, resulting in an over-optimistic impression of the treatments studied, with consequences for peer reviewers, government and patients.

Aboriginal remains head for home
Article Abstract:
The origins of the small collection of bones, which is finally going back to Tasmania from London's Natural History Museum (NHM), indicates much about the delay in the journey and about the Tasmanian Aboriginals. The NHM's decision to return the remains is a landmark in the process that has seen human remains repatriated to an increasing number of indigenous groups.
