Regulation of CD40 and CD40 ligand by the AT-hook transcription factor AKNA
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the binding of the human AT-hook protein AKNA directly to the A/T-rich regulatory elements of CD40 ligand and CD40. The influence of AKNA in coordinately regulating their expression is discussed.
